01 Scope
These rules apply to purchases made directly through invoices issued by Powersrpurgeis or checkout flows hosted on domains we control. Reseller channels follow their own marketplace policies first; we honour parallel guarantees only where contractually required.
02 Downloadable educational assets
If you buy self-study PDFs, notion templates, or similar materials, you may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days provided you have not distributed copies publicly and—where technically observable—you accessed fewer than roughly ten percent of the pages purely for preview purposes.
Once our logs indicate full archive download plus seven days without objection, we presume satisfactory delivery. Technical failures blocking access should be reported immediately; we prioritise reissuing secure links before initiating refunds.
Eligible reasons
Duplicate charges, corrupted files after verification, or documented inability to open archives using current Adobe/Mozilla baseline readers.
Typically excluded
Change of mind after intensive annotation, wholesale republication attempts, or refunds sought solely because outcomes varied personally.
03 Live consulting blocks
Cancellations communicated at least forty-eight hours before the booked start receive either free rescheduling or a full refund—your choice. Notice inside forty-eight hours may forfeit up to fifty percent of the fee to reflect reserved practitioner time unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
No-shows without notice are generally non-refundable but may convert into asynchronous written feedback credits upon managerial approval.
04 Programs & cohort challenges
Multi-week experiences bundle facilitator preparation and licensed worksheets. Departing before the second facilitated touchpoint yields an eighty percent refund of amounts paid for unconsumed segments. After that milestone, remaining value converts to studio credit redeemable within twelve months toward other informational offerings.
05 Bundled SKUs
If a bundle combines downloads and live sessions, each component follows its respective subsection; partial refunds allocate fees proportionally based on listed standalone prices on the original quotation.
06 EU statutory withdrawal
Consumers residing in the European Economic Area may invoke fourteen-day withdrawal rights for distance contracts unless they expressly requested immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged losing withdrawal once execution begins. Model withdrawal forms are supplied upon request.
07 Request procedure
- Email online@powersrpurgeis.site with subject line beginning “Refund Request”.
- Include invoice ID, purchase date, and concise explanation.
- Attach screenshots only when illustrating technical faults.
08 Processing timelines
Approved refunds return to the original payment instrument whenever banking rails permit. Expect five to ten Finnish banking days after approval for card schemes; SEPA transfers may differ.
09 Chargebacks & payment disputes
Issuing a chargeback without engaging this Policy may cause suspension of future purchases until records reconcile. We cooperate with acquirers by supplying logs demonstrating delivery or consent acknowledgements.
10 Goodwill reviews
Extraordinary circumstances—severe illness, bereavement, housing displacement—may justify exceptions. Documentation helps us advocate internally for credits beyond strict contractual minima.
